How returns work

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for new, unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items showing signs of use or damage are not eligible, and both defective and non-defective products are accepted.

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded: gift cards, final-sale items, custom or personalized products, and any items showing signs of use or damage.

Exchange Option

Exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day window from delivery for new, unused products.

Return Method

Returns must be made by mail only. Once your return request is approved, we will email you an RMA number and a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days. This label is not pre-included in the original outbound package. Yukonchair covers 100% of return shipping at no cost to the customer, and there is no restocking fee applied. Please note: To streamline our global inventory management, all authorized returns must be shipped back to our central warehouse at Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower, No. 1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong. Even though items are returned internationally, customers will not be responsible for any international return freight costs, provided you use the official prepaid shipping label generated and issued by our support team.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email support@yukonchair.com with your order ID and reason for return within the 30-day window from delivery.
2. Expect a response within 1 business day.
3. Once approved, receive your RMA number and prepaid return label within 2 business days.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided prepaid label by mail.
5. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD, within 5 business days after we receive the returned item and inspect it. Please note that your bank may add an additional 1–2 business days before the refund appears on your statement. The product price is refunded in full, with no restocking fee; the original outbound shipping fee is refundable only when the return is due to an error on Yukonchair‘s part (wrong, defective, or damaged item). Return shipping is always free via the prepaid label.
