A chair is judged on three things – adjustment range, lumbar support and rated capacity – and almost never on how it looks in a photograph. Those are the numbers we lead with, because they decide how the chair feels in the eighth hour rather than the first.
The numbers on every listing
Rated weight capacity, back height, armrest movement and whether lumbar support is fixed, height-adjustable or depth-adjustable are stated per chair, taken from the manufacturer's specification. A chair that fits one desk does not fit them all, and pretending otherwise wastes everybody's time.
Delivery and assembly
Chairs ship flat-packed with fittings and instructions unless the listing says otherwise. Handling time and carriers are on the shipping policy page, and a chair can go back within the window on the returns policy page in its original packaging.
