NEPTUN MART LIMITED covers the return shipping costs. Once the return request is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you, so you will not incur any return shipping fees. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD within 5 business days after we receive the returned item; the bank may add 1–2 additional business days before the refund appears on the statement.
