How to File a DMCA Notice

Required Information
A valid notice must include:

4. A good-faith statement regarding unauthorized use;
5. A statement made under penalty of perjury;

Counter-Notification Process
Individuals who believe their material has been wrongly removed may submit a counter-notice. This should include their contact information, identification of the material, and a statement asserting their right to use the material. Upon receipt, we will review the counter-notice and may restore the material if warranted.
Repeat Infringer Policy
NEPTUN MART LIMITED retains the right to disable or terminate accounts of users identified as repeat infringers when necessary.
